09/05/2005 Met Tik thru my brothers Thai Wife

12/01/2005 First meeting in Thailand

12/12/2005 Returned to the USA

12/13/2005 I-129F mailed express mail to TSC

12/15/2005 TSC Recived paperwork

12/21/2005 Noa-1

12/27/2005 Noa-1 recieved snail mail dated Dec 21 transfered to CSC

03/14/2006 NOA 2

03/16/2006 Medical, Police report and postal fee paid.

03/21/2006 NVC Sent to Bangkok

03/24/2006 Bangkok gets package tracked online with DHL

03/27/2006 Mailed in packet 3

04/04/2006 Interview assigned May 22 2006

05/22/2006 Interview day... delayed Approval because of FBI NAME CHECK

05/26/2006 VISA RECIEVED!!!!!!!!!!

05/27/2006 POE LAX ..MY BABY IN AMERICA!!!!

06/17/2006 Wedding DAY!!!!!!!!!!!! MARRIED!!!

me too!!! i was sooooooooo excited when i saw some people from december being approved... and i thought, YAYYYYYYYYY january is next!!! now... pffffffffttt... :cry:

but, gonna keep on waiting... as long as it takes... hehe...

I got touched on 3/13, so they're apparently not sleeping all the time.

I didn't realize that getting touched can be frustrating. You go to check your status online and you see your date has been changed :D , but then you click on your case number, and you realize nothing has changed :( . This visa process has surely taken a year off my lifespan, and I haven't even gotten the NOA2 yet.

12/06/05 Mailed I-129f to TSC

12/12/05 NOA1 date from CSC

03/14/06 NOA2 date from CSC

03/22/06 case mailed from NVC to Kiev

03/25/06 Received snail mail notice from CSC, application mailed to NVC

04/05/06 Kiev Embassy mailed Packet 3

04/16/06 Fiancee received Packet 3

04/26/06 Fiancee faxed KEV-1 checklist to embassy

05/04/06 Kiev Embassy mailed Packet 4

05/29/06 Medical exam

05/31/06 Interview in Kiev

Yes seeing a touch without a approval is very stressfull. And seeing approvals after your date is also a real tear jerker.. :help:

Im still waiting as well. :( They received my RFE on 3/7 according to the email they sent me on 3/8. Im starting to be stressed out beyond the max

That is a very hard part I agree, we are now on a "knife edge" after receiving a touch on the 13th (first NOA1 was on the 2nd September and a touch in JAnuary) So after 6 months of waiting I cannot believe it is getting so close. I hope that we all hear this week,

I see that 'Journey' got an NOA2 from CSC on Monday 13th so CSC aren't sleeping - your time is coming guys n gals!

Applied for K1

Met online 2001 - just aquaintances

Sept 2002 - 1st US visit - everything goes perfectly.

Dec 20th - Forms recev'd at CSC

Dec 27th - NOA1 received by snail mail!

Dec 29th - 'Touched'

March 10 2006 - NOA2!

March 23 - recv'd at NVC

March 24 - petition sent to London

April 9th - Pkt 3 rec'd!

May 17th - Pkt 3 signed for at London Embassy

May 24th - Medical

May24th - Pkt 4

June 14th - Interview 10am - APPROVED 1pm!!

June 16th - Visas received in my hot little hands 1pm :)

July 19th - flying to US!

July 27th - Married!! :-)

Aug 7th - Applied for SSN in married name

Aug 9th - SSN received

i know that the time is coming up... and that even when they update the websites, it doesn't necessarily mean anything... but today, i am soooooooooooooooo antsy... a lot of stuff going on today... and i am feeling over-whelmed... just some little news from csc would make my day! *hugs you all*
