Documents needs for co sponsor

Recommended Posts

Your co-sponsor should provide the same documents as you get from your sponsor. This include a separate I-134, tax returns, W2, employer letter, pay stubs etc.

Just want to ask about cosponsor affidavit of support what should our co sponsor whrite in the question number 11.. It is our cosponsor need to indicate the name of petitioner child there? Or me only?thanks hope u can help me

If you are referring to the I-864 application Question number 11 part 2 asks for an alien registration number. Numbers 3a - 7 wold be first family member other than you. questions 7 - 12 would be for the second family member other than yourself. If im not looking at the right section please be more detailed in your question.

Guys i need help im under 221g yesterday and they need additional evidence of our relationship if my fiancee will come here next month is it ok if those new proof to send to the embassy?do u think guys

Later i will get approve? If not how long i need to wait until i we can reapply again for k1? Thanks
