No luck on the EAD....but we did get an interview date for the AOS.....bittersweet, but I'll take it.

12/03/2005: Married

10/13/2006: Interview Approved

10/26/2006: POE: EWR (ARRIVED) [/size]

182 days from filing to Visa in Hand!!![/color]

01/22/2007: Sent to The Lockbox.....let the games begin.....again

02/02/2007: NOA1's for both....the waiting game officially begins

02/15/2007: Biometrics appt.

04/11/2007: EAD APPROVED!! YI-HAW

05/23/2007: AOS Interview -------> APPROOOOOOVED!!!!!!

we filed jan 11 for his renewal ead and havent heard anything yet. i think the last update said they were processing dec 27th. so we are getting closer. i sure hope we have it before may 2nd because thats when the old one expires and his drivers liscence expires also.

Just got an email this morning they ordered card production on the EAD Friday, March 23rd! :dance:

That is great news!! Congrats. Hopefully they will approve the next in line soon!!!

my case got transfered to California... im still waiting on them to actually receive my case...its been over 2 weeks now
