hello visajourney family

i just want to ask my k1 visa case approved november 09, 2015 but till now my notice of action not yet arrived
is its really took long to arrive my NOA2 even my case is already approved ?

please is the attachment below

hope someone can help me ;-)

You just have to wait.... It can take several weeks in the meantime start gathering the evidence you will need for your interview- passport photo, fiances tax returns, affidavit of support forms etc.

K1 Journey

[*]03/25/2016 SSN received ( after 3 weeks!!) Opened joint bank accounts and my own account,added name to car insurance

[*]03/28/2016 Biometrics letter received appointment 04/15 (early birthday present :D)

[*]Went back to SSN office to change name (name still wrong in the system wait 4 weeks again....)

[*]04/07/2016 Put Cv on job sites - indeed, monster etc

[*]04/08/2016 Attended interviews and got 3 job offers (All happy to wait for EAD)

[*]04/11/2016 Chose one job and contacted congressman to expedite EAD (needed to send a privacy form, all case receipts, letter asking why i needed it expedited(financial burden on company/ myself, job offer letter)

[*]04/15/2016 Biometrics completed (date on letter)

[*]04/15/2016 RFE for AOS all other cases put on hold (congressman told me no update from USCIS site)

[*]04/22/2016 RFE letter received

[*]04/22/2016 RFE sent back to lee summit first class letter ( Birth certificate of Joint sponsor)

[*]04/28/2016 Text received AOS case updated ( but no change to online status :()

and about the affidavit of support.. it is OK if my fiance scanned the affidavit of support and send to me at my email or fax to me ?

Here are all the documents i gathered (for consular Interview )
1. 2 original copies of NSO birth certificate
2. 1 original copy of NSO Certificate of NO marriage (CENOMAR)
3. 1original copy of NBI VALID FOR ABROAD

4. 12 pcs 2x2 pictures

5 . I also make photo album for our photo together
6. I screenshot our conversation and calls in viber(june 2014 to present), skype( april 2014 to present), facebook ( nov 2014 to present )
7. i also include all the money transfer , package sent and engagement receipts
8. i also include hotel receipts ,airplane ticket , boarding pass and grocery and restaurant receipts
my fiance send to me the following
1. certificate of employment
2. W-2 for 3 years
2. copy of birth certificate and passport
3. pay statements for the 6 months
do i need also the FORM 1040 from my fiance ?
Please let me know is some documents is missing???

I think scanned is fine but not completely sure.... My fiancé sent me an electronic one with a wet signature. With regards to the documents needed I'm not 100% sure on what you need. As each country/consulate ask for different things it might be worth looking up on your consulates website to get a full list of what is required. The U.K. One only asked for my affidavit and tax returns for 3 years,U.K. Police certificate, birth certificate and photo they didn't ask to see my relationship photos but it is all different for each consulate :)

1. The notice of action (NOA) for the approved petition will be sent to the petitioner, not to the beneficiary.

2. The I-134 must be the original.

3. The 1040, the W-2, and the pay stubs can be emailed.

4. Only the 2014 1040 and W-2 are necessary.

5. A few months of recent pay stubs is plenty.

The beneficiary gets packet 3 :) so yeh a lot of waiting

Sorry but you are leading the OP down the wrong path. I say this because the Philippines is different than the UK and she will more than likely never receive the NOA2 in the mail. She needs to post to the philippine forum to understand what to do next.

Not leading anyone up the wrong path.. I advised them to wait. The noa2 is sent by the uscis (in the US) so it's the same process for everyone it only becomes different when it gets passed to the consulate in the op's country. In previous posts I had stated several times it is different for each case and consulate. The k1 timeline on visa journey also states that the petitioner will receive the noa2. So sorry for offering my two cents and trying to help a fellow member with their journey.
