I think it is been clarified enough, but a tip that might help you, is to just go directly to the source. Each consulate has its own preferred way of answering questions. My consulate (Chile) usually replies emails within the same day and never takes more than 5. I've pestered them almost weekly with tiny questions regarding the I-134 since I got my interview date and it's been great help, because most answers will really vary from consulate to consulate. I've also printed those emails just as extra back up in case they backpedal at the interview. Good luck!
