Hello.

My wife and I went through the K-1 fiancee visa process and she got her green card a few months ago. We just moved to a new place. The address USCIS currently has on file is my parent's house where we still can get mail as we visit it often.

Do we need to update USCIS with the address of our new place or can we leave it as our parent's?

Thank you!

She is a green card holder, not a US citizen, so she still must report a change of her address. This link might be helpful.

You, as her sponsor, are also required to report your change of address, submitting a completed and signed Form I-865 to U.S.

Notify USCIS by filing AR-11 online, the sponsor also needs to notify the address change by submitting I-865 form by snail mail ( you can't do it online). This should be done if the sponsor had submitted I-864 affidavit of support in the past.

I recently moved to a new home with a case pending so that's what we did.
