I thought we were about ready to file for DCF, our marriage contract will be released next week from the Civil Local Registrar.

One of the requirements to apply for the i-130 DCF is a NSO CERTIFICATE OF MARRIAGE -

Is it going to take a long time to obtain this from the NSO?

What will be the process?

I really thought we were oh so close..... ???

Thanks VJers

That is actually for Manila. It could take up to 6 months if you are in the province (according to SM business center). 1 month if you are in Manila (according to NSO hotline operator).

I did chance upon a way to get it faster as we also did not want to wait for 6 months but never got to try the process because luckily we got it after 1 month.
