I have typed in first name only then first name and middle name and still no records found. anyone ever have this issue. I am needing it for the AOS application. is there any other way to get it.

Posted this in your other thread too, and I changed the link to go directly to the deferred inspection page. On that page, there is a link to the right side that has a list of the deferred inspection locations and contact info >

Contact your nearest deferred inspection site.

If you still cannot find your I-94, please contact your nearest Customs and Border Protection Deferred Inspection Site and a CBP Officer will be able to assist you.

WHAT NEXT!!!

Oh, you just never know! There can be more obstacles than you can believe. The path often seems as crooked as a dog's hind leg. Hang in there, it will get better, and hopefully the end result with be worth all of the effort.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Ok here's my story about my i94 not found, a week after I entered the U.S. I tried to check my i94 online, though I have the white paper i94 stapled in my passport, my record is not found, I waited for another week because we thought it was just delayed, but still not found, my husband called CBP and they were not very helpful, they said they can't understand our situation, so we went to the nearest CBP and asked them why my i94 online not found, they said it's because I entered the U.S. Through land port by car and they said it's usually slower processes and asked me to wait for another month, and so that's what we did, after a month, my i94 almost expired, we went back to the CBP office because it was still not found online, this time, a very nice lady went through all my records and Datas and found it was not generating my i94 number, then what she did was 1. Gave me a new i94 number 2. Same entry date and ofcourse expiry date of my i94

Then we checked online after 5 minutes and at long lay it was there.. I sent my AOS with two different i94 (paper stapled in my passport and printed one online) I hope not to IO will not be confuse! ?

You will have to make an appointment with CBP to correct your I-94.

Nah, walkin at any secondary inspection office. No appointment required.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
