I dont wannt get up! yawning_24.png

Yesterday was super crazy at work. I was thinking I was working in a psych ward with all the psych patients that were coming in yesterday. Today looks like a repeat. At least things will be interesting. Hope everyone has a great day!

Oh maaaaaaan yesterday was bad for you too?? I was never so ready for a day to end as I was for yesterday!!! To be quite honest, I don't want today to begin either. I hate the first of the month at work. Social Security comes in and Welfare checks come in so Everybody and their brother comes in wanting their narcotics early! One of our employees is out of town in a class for work all week so it is just me in the pharmacy...I think I'll call in dead!

It's Tuesday! YAY! I'm not sure why this makes me so happy, maybe simply because its not monday? :P

Jenn- If you win, think of the things you could do?

Aymerlu and Amal- hope today is better than yesterday for both of you.

Abdounjenn- Asian Spa Cuisine- sounds yummy. There is this thai, vietnamese nuevo cuisine place i go to. The best spring rolls and soup. I always forget the name of the soup, but i swear its the most healthy food on the planet. Good luck with the new family.

Yesterday was the PITS for me too, until after work. Then things brightened up a bit. We got our receipts for our AOS papers so WHEW! Spent the evening with the kids eating, laughing and having a great time. I did NOT want to get up this morning. So far today has been ok. Hopefully will be better then yesterday.

Keep the looneys on the grass Amal and Amy! Me included!

Go win it, Jenn !!!! I wanna see you upgrade the El Camino...

That sounds delicious, Abdounjen ! I would love it if you could post some of your recipes -- you've got some great menus there.

I love Vietnamese food -- we have a pretty good Vietnamese restaurant here in San Antonio. The first time I went, I had chicken lemon grass.... even though the waitress described it as "Look like chicken, taste like lemon" I ordered it anyway -- thanks God it didn't just "look" like chicken, it actually "was" chicken. :P

Happy Tuesday, all !

thats hilarious!!!!

i will definitely post up some recipes. for my audition i made an amazing seafood enchilada dish (not my own invention i must admit) it was a recipe from a really famous spa called the canyon ranch.

i'll post that one later if anyone is interested. low calorie but it was really, really delicious. my goal with this new family is to create meals that taste fattening even though they are not. a big task but good for my own life too! (as i need to lose about 15lbs) ugh!
