today, february 25th, still no CC...

June 7th 2015: NOA1 received via email/text
June 9th 2015: NOA1 received via mail

December 11th 2015 : Call the NVC and they give me the case number and the invoice ID number
December 21st 2015 : AOS Fee Paid Online
December 20th 2015 : Welcome Letter sent via USPS. No email
December 23rd 2015 : AOS Fee marked as Paid Online
January 5th 2016 : DS261 reviewed by phone ; IV fee must be unlock within 7 days
January 6th 2016 : IV Fee paid but show as "in process"
January 8th 2016 : AOS and IV package sent
January 8th 2016 : IV fee marked as PAID
January 8th 2016 : DS260 COMPLETED
January 19th 2016 : AOS and IV packets reveived !

Also got an email with an interview date.

Scan Date: Jan 11th, CC Feb 12th, Interview letter via email - Feb 26th, Interview date - April 14th.

NOA 1 ----- June 30th

NOA 2-------- Dec 3

Case sent to NVC ----- Dec 4th

Case received NVC ------- Dec 7th

Case # and IIN received ------ Dec 22nd

AOS fee paid online ------------ Dec 22nd

IV fee paid online --------- Dec 23rd

DS 261 - Dec 23rd - reviewed on the phone.

AOS and IV fee shows as paid - 1/4/16

AOS and IV package sent - 1/6/16

DS 260 completed - 1/8/16

NVC scanned packages - 1/11/16

CC - 2/12/16

Interview Scheduled - 2/26/16

Medical date - 4/13/16

Interview date - 4/14/16 - got approved!!!! :dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing:

US entry - 4/29/16 or 5/5/16

I feel your frustration benoit, I got that same email from the NVC about an outdated I-864 form. Get it in asap!!!

July 20th 2015 - filled I-130 routed to California Service Center

July 28th 2015 - received NOA1 (hard copy)

Sep 22nd 2015 - received email of RFE

Nov 05th 2015 - received NOA2 approval

Nov 16th 2015 - received at NVC

Dec 08th 2015 - received case # and IIN #

I sent in federal return and W2 with it. My checklist said I must resend it with the I-864 forms. So I made copies of everything else and resent it all together. IV documents, everything to make sure they got it. I thought if they don't need it they can simply throw it out.

Well, on fer month we will mal have pour visa and we will be drinking a coke, eating a burger wish our US familly !!!

By the way, we sent pour papers yesterday wish DHL. They should arrive tomorrow !!!

You guys, I have a question, we finally got our embassy changed to the Amman Embassy in Jordan, we are filling out the ds-260.

If my husband worked for the same company the last 5 years, but had two different projects and 2 different supervisors, how do we list that under work experience? Would really appreciate any help.

I guess you can put them in 2 differents lines ! If they want to call to check (they are not going to), but they can !
