Hey atxadri

The IV package requires just the beneficiary's information not the petitioner's. And yes your current annual income is what you earn per hour, times how many hours a week you work, then multiplied by 52 weeks. Since you are sending in all past three years taxes, I am assuming that they are well above the poverty guidelines, so (last years and beginning of this year's) pay stubs and a letter from your employer to prove your current income and of course add in the tax transcripts

Thanks!! Are photocopies ok or do I need certified copies? I have scanned copies of everything, but no originals or certified (stamped/sealed) copies :/

Photocopies are ok, the support form needs to be an original. But their civil documents can be photocopies.

My document just arrived a few minutes ago, I wonder when I should call to confirm receipt, or if I should call at all..

Hey Foreign, it pretty much works exactly like the first time around. You will receive correspondence from the NVC with your new scan date. We sent off our checklist paperwork on 2/1 and received the letter advising it'll take 30 days but NVC is still saying 30-45 days.

Yes photocopies for birth or marriage certs etc but just to be safe VJ'ers have advised that you send in the original or certified copy of the PCC which is totally your choice. The AOS I-864 has to be the original copy and make sure that your signature is in BLACK INK.

All the best! :star:

Hi Foreign, I've also just got off the phone with the NVC to find out about my check list scan date and it's also 2/19. They also told me 30-45 days. So we are defiantly in the exact same boat.

Best of luck
