What did you submit tax transcripts or Tax forms? W2 is only required with Tax forms not transcripts.

I only sent my 2014 Tax Form and 2014 Tax Transcript.

I sent 2012, 2013, and 2014 Tax transcripts, plus 5 recent pay stubs and a letter from my employer verifying employment and salary. Was that over kill? haha I figured mine as well send them more than less.

Nope not overkill at all. I don;t get why letter of employment and YTD paystub isn't required. This optional just confuses folk. What ever you can submit to show you can financially support your spouse do it.

I just called NVC to see if they received our EP documents Friday, the rep told me he has no way to know of emails received and to maybe call back in a few days to see if anything changed in the system. Not having a verification is going to drive me nuts. Hope our documents got there and aren't lost in cyber space. Right now I have to trust my Lawyer even sent them, I need peace of mind!

I received a checklist based on the fact that the form wasn't signed in black ink, plus it specifically states on the form to 'type or print in black ink'. The instructions are pretty clear, just overlooked by us in our case.

Hey COSMOS any word from your lawyer and the EP?

WOOHOO Congrats Brite1212! :)

Dwheels - My lawyer sent us an email Monday forwarding the auto response from NVC ( they sent it 1/22 @ 4:46pm):

"Dear Customer,

This email address is only for collecting scanned forms and documents related to your immigrant visa application. We cannot respond to inquiries sent to this address. If you submitted scanned forms and documents to us, we will send you instructions as soon as we review your case. Please do NOT send any of your required documents to the National Visa Center by mail – it will delay our ability to complete the processing of your immigrant visa application.

Regards,

National Visa Center

Written Correspondence Unit"

I am not sure if we will receive anything else? I did ask FL Bear and he said this email was the only correspondence he received from NVC after his EP. So maybe we are headed in the right direction, who knows lol.
