Yikes by mail. Sorry. So you had no tracking? WOW resend dear. It's lost it doesn't take a month to reach. I sent ours from Nigeria via FedEx. 12/29 Tuesday and arrived Monday the 1/4.

I would do that today so it can be their Tuesday. Always always people mail anything to Immigration that is trackable

Yeah we filled out the form electronically so everything was black except i guess for the signature. Just so petty in my opinion. I don't know how it affects one's application..

Because it could be a scan when it has to be an original. Anything with a signature has to be black ink. Sorry.

What did you submit tax transcripts or Tax forms? W2 is only required with Tax forms not transcripts.

Today is the day, (so our lawyer says). Finally our AOS/IV paperwork were emailed (EP) to NVC today! Since I can't track when NVC received it via UPS, when do you think I can call NVC to verify they received our documents (scan date)? I really don't feel like I can count on my lawyer to fill me in on anything, his communication is awful. I finally feel like we are apart of the race again.

These are Saylin's exact words. A few attorneys preach this as well. If this is false, we may want to consider changing it.

That was a long time ago and not mentioned in the Wiki. I know some have got checklisted so I believe it was removed. Where do you see that now?

I don't think it matters if it is EP or not. Are you saying it is ok to send a blue signature on the AOS package if it is mailed in if you are Canadian?

Nope Saylin was writing that strictly for Canadians filing EP. Obviously it won;t matter if its blue or black because it's a scan copy anyway. Those of us who have to mail in they want black because blue may look like it's scanned copy.

Personally the instructions say Black Ink I take everything NVC and USCIS literally. One adjudicator may not care another may be picky as heck.
