Thank you Foreign. Lawyer paid our fees last Wednesday, he emailed us Thursday saying Friday or Monday fees should show as "Paid" (which happened Friday). I emailed him Friday about EP, and still haven't heard from him. Can't believe we had our case # since 12/18 and our packets haven't been submitted yet. Just unreal. I will call him tomorrow and try to track him down AGAIN. :(

event.png

Unreal. Can't believe it. I am sure he knows not what EP even is. That's okay we are here for you COSMOS. And I will be here always. Soon you will be coming over to my thread to wait and party like a rock star. Chin up.

what do you mean you have no scan date. Your timeline says you sent packages off 1/8/ When were they received? Did you get your letter from them yet?

Have you called to verify? You have a scan date if you sent your packages.

Hi Guys,

I just logged into the CEAC website to see if our Lawyer has done anything and next to my name "petitioner", the AOS fee says "PAID" and the "AOS documents & Financial Evidence" has a "N/A" under it. Does the N/A mean my lawyer actually submitted my AOS documents and it was excepted by NVC?

My husbands status also says "IV fees PAID", but IV Application "NOT STARTED" and civil documents has a "N/A" under it. Just want to know the facts before I call this jerk on my lunch break. Did he even do anything yet!!??

Both my AOS and IV say N/A. I read a little while ago that if it states NA then it means it's been received and is in process of inspection. That's all I know

My scan date is 12/14, so they are definitely taking longer than 30 days. I have called them everyday since we hit the 30 day mark and as at 2 minutes ago, they still haven't reviewed our case.. According to NVC, they have until 1/29 to review our case.

NA means nothing it's been NA since you got case#. And it will remain NA.

You will need to call your lawyer to find out unless you also get emails.

Most lawyers I know only give over their own emails to leave their clients out the loop and less monitoring.

Call your lawyer. Get your answers. The packages shoukd have been sent the minute he paid yoyr fees last week.

And why hasn't he completed your DS-260. It's ready.

JD that is the question of the year, why hasn't he done anything in a timely matter!? The 260 form was ready last Friday. Wrote him an email Friday about electronic processing, no response. Called an hour ago, "he can't take my call right now, can he call you back this afternoon". I am beyond annoyed! We are about to fill my husbands IV form out ourselves. We just don't know what to do :(

P.S I even gave NVC my email address over the phone, I never have received one email from them. All goes to my lawyer. Errr
