Thanks for being concerned, it means a lot. :) That would be a big NOPE though!!! My husband left this morning after a wonderful 3 week vacation here in the states. We tried emailing our lawyer last Monday, and my husband called him last Wednesday. Lawyer STILL hasn't contacted us back or paid our fees. We are livid! Since my husband is traveling today, he is going to call our lawyer tomorrow and demand everything we expect from his this week and if he gives us any lip, we will ask for our fee money back and do it ourselves. Unfortunately we just don't have an extra couple of hundred of dollars to of paid them on our own. Also if we fire him now, we will lose all our money we already paid him. Our lawyer was officially paid in full after our NOA2 approval. So we are not sure what to do! We just know that it's been 24 days that our fees have been just sitting there not paid, no packets sent etc. Any advise would be great!

Dang I am so sorry. Advice go to lawyers office in person. This is unacceptable. I am upset for you. :ranting::protest:

At least 3 weeks or even more! You have no idea Gobucks, we are so mad and annoyed :ranting: . Our lawyer was awesome too up until this point, it's like now that he has to actually do a little work he is no where to be found. Every time we call we are told he is "Out of the office" by the secretary and she will give him the message. As of this morning, we still haven't heard from him. So very frustrating! Our pipe dream for a February/March interview seems to be slipping away everyday.

We could use all the good vibes you guys can throw our way, for at least a response from our lawyer today!

I received an email that NVC received my documents (AOS & IV packages). I wasn't looking for it since I got the confirmation on the phone before. But its interesting that on the phone they told me the scan date was 12/31/16 , and the email said 12/29/16. So I think I should celebrate those two days :joy::joy:

On another note, Any one have a good template for signature timeline ?

Trying to figure out #WhatToDoWhileWaitingOnNVC :idea:
