hello everyone my husband submitted our I-130 to USCIS November 4 of 2015 and we got a text and email that our application for petition has been accepted and thats our NOA1, 10 days after my husband received a mail with our NOA1 notice, my question is how long do we wait to receive our NOA2?

hello everyone my husband submitted our I-130 to USCIS November 4 of 2015 and we got a text and email that our application for petition has been accepted and thats our NOA1, 10 days after my husband received a mail with our NOA1 notice, my question is how long do we wait to receive our NOA2?

Expect 5 months to get NOA2. Could be less because you are in Philippines many get auto-expedited because of all the typhoons.

Woooo whooooo. Before sleep last night I looked at IV fee said PAID.

Just completed the DS-260. That was fun.

Now we wait. It says 2 to 4 weeks to review. Me and my wife are claiming 2 weeks. By month end we will have case complete.

DS 261 - Dec 23rd - reviewed on the phone.

AOS and IV fee shows as paid - 1/4/16

AOS and IV package sent - 1/6/16

DS 260 completed - 1/8/16

NVC scanned packages - 1/11/16

CC - 2/12/16

Interview Scheduled - 2/26/16

Medical date - 4/13/16

Nope they don't change from NA. You are waiting for the AOS fee to.change from PAID to NA. That's the 3 NA's

Nope they don't change from NA. You are waiting for the AOS fee to.change from PAID to NA. That's the 3 NA's

July 28th 2015 - received NOA1 (hard copy)

Sep 22nd 2015 - received email of RFE

Nov 05th 2015 - received NOA2 approval

Nov 16th 2015 - received at NVC

Dec 08th 2015 - received case # and IIN #

Dec 09th 2015 - paid AOS bill

WE ARE DRINKING CHAMPAGNE, after dancing like :joy::joy::joy::joy::joy::joy::joy::joy::joy::joy::joy::joy::joy: during 10 minutes !

NVC rocks way more than USCIS !
