Hi Shala6.! My I-130 was approved on November 9 but myUSCIS still does not show that my case was approved. Did they update your USCIS? Thanks for your time and good luck!

Let me know as you guys get your cases sent to the NVC. Ive been checking today every couple hours and still no update on the website that my papers have been sent on. MAIL THEM ALREADY!

Just got notification it was sent today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great news!!! Updated the USCIS app and it changed from "Case was approved" to "Case was sent to Department of State". I couldn't be happier right now. In a bungalow on a beach in Vietnam with my love and got this update. Here's my stats so far:

June 10- NOA1

Nov 10 - NOA2

Nov 20 - Case Sent to Dept of State

When should I start calling for my case # and invoice #?

Yes Cosmos .. I really hope your case gets sent sooner than ours did!

Great news!!! Updated the USCIS app and it changed from "Case was approved" to "Case was sent to Department of State". I couldn't be happier right now. In a bungalow on a beach in Vietnam with my love and got this update. Here's my stats so far:

June 10- NOA1

Nov 10 - NOA2

Nov 20 - Case Sent to Dept of State

When should I start calling for my case # and invoice #?

Call 2 weeks from Approval or in our case a week after case sent to NVC ;)

Since Thursday I have not be able to login to my account on uscis.gov.

Than it said I was locked out and need to reset password.

Now I get error when i click to login.

Is this normal?

I been checking status many times a day fir 5 months now approved they do this to us.

Mine still says the same, approved 11/19. I am not going to look until 12/3/2015. Giving them 2 weeks. :) lol easier said than done, but I am going to do my best.

I just called uscis(not expecting anything new). They told me the same thing to wait. They said to call back if its not received by NVC within 30 days.
