On my interview thread this just in for Canada. See! I'm praying this is all of us. Yes I am in this dog fight too. shhhhhh don;t tell no one.

12/30/15: Case Complete

THAT would be amazing!! 26 days after scan date. Maybe our pipe dream for a March interview isn't out of our reach. :)

DS 261 - Dec 23rd - reviewed on the phone.

AOS and IV fee shows as paid - 1/4/16

AOS and IV package sent - 1/6/16

DS 260 completed - 1/8/16

NVC scanned packages - 1/11/16

CC - 2/12/16

Interview Scheduled - 2/26/16

Medical date - 4/13/16

Where do we find the scan date or is that something you call about?

Scan date is the date they received. I been reading that people are getting email saying they received documents and give them 2 to 4 weeks to review or whatever time limit they say at the time.

But case complete has been very fast 30 days and less

30 days for CC and 1 week to get the interview scheduled and 30 days from the interview letter is your interview - within 70 days it can be completed - happened to one of my friend

NOA 1 ----- June 30th

I spoke to a rep yesterday and she told me that they have a delay on completing paper work that on average it's taking them 45 days or more Plus to get an appt. Every country is different and some may take longer then others depending on the country. I know that in Panama the police certificate is only good for 30 days so if they are delay for completing cases then my husband police certificate will be expected by the time they get to it. The rep sent my case to her supervisor.

I ment to say my husband police certificate will be expired

Why is NVC playin with me all this locked business.

Well tracking my package to NVC it's in GB. Shoul land in US tomorrow and praying praying for a early delivery. Not monday.

So happy right now. Could not let 2015 end not knowing. And NVC closed at 2pm.

So with the 3rd call today called at 1:30 pm and guess what!! We are reviewed and unlocked.

So happy. Now let's see when IV fee shows up.

I guess after paid than DS-260 appears.

Well monday AOS and IV package will arrive.

Okay well stepped out of party to tell you all.

Me and my wife partying the night away. Happy New Year to all my June filers. God bless you all beyond 2016.

HAPPY NEW VISA ... Oh, sorry, HAPPY NEW YEAR !!! :)

You should send the AOS and IV together as soon as you paid the AOS fee. The IV fee will unlock once the DS-261 is reviewed. Best to call them tomorrow and see if it can be reviewed. Than in a day or so the IF fee will appear and than the DS-260 will appear to submit.

But send in those packages now so the 30 day cloak can start.
