Just got off the phone with NVC, the gentle man that I spoke with was very nice. I wanted them to unlock my ds 260 I haven't been able to fill that part out yet. I seen that nvc took $445 out of my bank account and my account with NVC is still saying in process. The gentle men told me that they have been lacking and behind with updating accounts. But if I don't see a change by Thursday to call them back. But knowing me I will give them a call tomorrow.

I paid my IV fee last night so hopefully that processes quickly. Yesterday was a big day for me I suppose, so now as long as I don't get an RFE I think from reading I can expect about 60 days +/- till case complete.

Super exciting Foreign!! With this stupid lawyer vacation delay, it set us back almost 3 weeks! But I am still hoping for a March Interview. I guess all you can do now is get everything ready for your interview and relax a bit, absolutely out of your hands now. I wish you guys luck. :)

Thank you! And do you think the lawyer would be mad if you went ahead and paid the fees and had him refund you the money?

I hope so girl! He literally has everything from us, except my letter from my employer. I wanted to have the most up to date date on it and I can get that whenever I want. But he has everything tax transcripts, husbands no police record, divorce decree, marriage license etc. I know he even filled out the AOS paperwork already because he sent it to me to look over. We should be set, just need him to get back and get this going already!! haha

Haha is that just optimism or are there actual trends that show closer to 30 days?

My husband and I thought about that, but we think he would feel we were stepping on his toes and don't want that to affect our other steps. I am just going to call him first thing Monday 4th and tell him fee portals are ready and pay them ASAP! :)

I DONT WANT MY HOPES UP!!

You know me I be watching and 30 days from scan barring any issues is the average. Seems what one wants to avoid is that dreaded black hole called "Supervisor review". :bonk:

Following the http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/577219-nvc-filers-december-2015/page-45#entry7948425thread and scan dates 11/10 to 11/20 are getting case completes.
