Both my AOS and Iv also says still in process but I don't see where I'm suppose to go for the ds 260. Can someone please explain that to me

Siniybella , I think we are on the same spot. Once the IV is PAID, and of course the 261 is verified , They will unlock the ds260.

Either Employment letter or pay stubs will satisfy the current income requirement. I struggled with how many pay stubs will be sufficient so I thought the letter will be easier.

I did not send photos to NVC.

If you read carefully the State Department Visa website, states clearly that photos are to be brought to Embassy at the time of interview.

Read requirements for your embassy, they vary a lot. For instance, Bogota ask for 7 photos.

Okay just back from FedEx Nigeria. AOS and IV package sent. They said should leave Nigeria tomorrow delivered Monday.

Yes we included my 2 passport pics.

Had to make two AOS cover pages since no Welcome Letter.

Waiting 2 hrs for NVC to open so we can call and hopefully get DS-261 finally reviewed.

So ready to be done.

Tell me why does NVC have me so nervous?

Does anyone know if I log into the fee payment area (with my case/invoice #) of the CEAC website but don't actually pay anything, will it mess anything up? I just want to see if my fees are payable so I can tell my lawyer to pay them when he gets back from vacation next week!! Last time he logged in on the 18th he said he wasn't able to, and it might take a "few weeks" to show up.

No it shouldn't mess anything up, plus there is an option that you select as who you are, and I select petitionor every time. Then I would click the first option on the website where you select agent because in that section you can also see the two fees below it without touching them.

Also I managed to print off photos last night just because im paranoid. I checked Sarajevos requirements but they are ancient so better send more than less... Am I right?

I will send them off today during my lunch hour.
