Well called yesterday and called today sine AOS says PAID they say still not ready to review but call back Thursday and for sure monday it should be ready.

Still getting AOS and IV package together to send on Thursday.

COSMOS I'm dragging this out as long as I can for you. We a team now.

Hahah woohoo! Thanks JD, we really are!! Seriously though I love seeing all you guys moving forward. I think I am going to just not check VJ or anything until after the New year. It is killing me I can't pay my fees!! I haven't even logged on to the CEAC since I received my case # Friday, it would just make me sad to see. I hope my Lawyer is living it up and enjoying his vacation time, because January 1st he is going to be bombarded by me haha.

P.S At least my hubby flies in tonight, t-minus 8 hrs!!

DS-260 completed and submitted yesterday along with AOS and IV packages overnighted. Wait and see time.

So exciting!!!

I just got off the phone with a nicer lady, but after attempting to update my agent form she said that its locked meaning its open on someone elses computer and that she isn't able to change anything currently.

She said someone might be updating the status of payment and to try calling back again later today to complete it.

Hopefully that's the case and I can inch my way forward a little bit!

So I just called NVC and a Case number was just assigned this morning, I also received the IIN . So excited :-)

I completed the DS-261 online but the AOS fee is not available or invoiced yet ! Is this normal ? and how long I should wait ?

Approved : 11/18

Sent to NVC: 12/03

Received by NVC :12/09

Case assigned :12/22

Same thing I was told yesterday. Told to call back today or Monday she said it should be available to review.

I still have not received Welcome letter.

Weird though they have my email only not my wife's the Petitioner.

Yes , that is a good sign. After few hours from seeing that message , my AOS was invoiced yesterday .

Question: my wife sent me copy of the AOS package and I notice that on her Employment letter they have her estimated salary for the year but on the I-864 she has a different amount for Current Salary.

Will that be an issue?

We are ready to send in AOS and IV package but still no Welcome letter.

So do I make 2 coupes of the AOS cover page and attach to AOS and IV package.

Okay I just called NVC and asked about my welcome letter they said they mailed the 18th since they did not have an email address. REALLY!!

If I want it email to call back in a few days when the DS-261 is available and they will add the email.

So my question is it vital to mail the package without the welcome letter?
