There is an "AOS Document Cover Sheet" you can print out from the CEAC site that is large font and has bar codes. That is what you can use to mail both packages in!

So just got off the phone with NVC, and even though they withdrew the money from my account on the 18th it still hasn't been updated to Paid in their system and as such they cannot yet validate my ds261.

So do I just wait then till it gets updated to paid? :/

We paid friday. Money withdraw today just checked.

Packages almost ready to go out by thursday. So ready to do that beast of a DS-260.

I called this morning and she said it takes a couple of days for me to call back Wednesday or thursday.

We paid friday. Money withdraw today just checked.

I told her I was worried about that and asked whether to pay t again and she said no and I said about validating the DS-261 and she said - oh, I can push that through now and did it. I think it all depends on the rep because I made nice talk with her and joked with her. The rep I had called earlier in the AM just wanted to get me off the phone and said she couldn't validate the 261. Try again

It could be that because my AOS was "in process" but showing not paid on the website that something was going on internally that she was able to do it. Not sure. Before her, I had a few tell me they couldn't push it through until it said paid and that they were currently working on my case so she couldn't even get in there to answer my questions. but then, later that afternoon, it was a different story!

Well called yesterday and called today sine AOS says PAID they say still not ready to review but call back Thursday and for sure monday it should be ready.

Still getting AOS and IV package together to send on Thursday.

DS-260 completed and submitted yesterday along with AOS and IV packages overnighted. Wait and see time.
