Hi everyone, I called NVC this morning, I didn't wait long at all. The rep was really nice. She said they have our file, and it will take up to 42 days. Which is the script they have.

NOA 1: 6/17/15

NOA 2: 11/20/15

Sent to NVC: 11/28/15

NVC received: 12/07/15

So what do you guys think? 3 weeks from the week of the 7th? I think I'll call once a week to see if they have my case #.

Hope everyone is enjoying the holidays, mine would be complete if my husband was here! But I'm abundantly blessed.

Mine was a tiny bit shorter, but with xmas and new year coming up yours might be closer to the 3 weeks mark.

I would start calling once a day in week 3 and up until then maybe every Monday and Friday?

Separate question, is there a way for a mod to change the title of this topic? I would like to have the November part removed and keep the rest so it ends up being NVC (June 2015 i130 approvals).

If not, not a big deal :D.

Hi Jrego! Our NOA2 was on 11/19 and NVC received our case the same day as yours, 12/7/2015. I been calling every Monday so far and sometimes on Fridays if I feel like torturing myself, still nothing. My gut feeling is Christmas eve or 12/28. But I think the holidays will definitely slow us down a bit, but once we get our # hopefully things will move quickly! Keep me posted since we have the same dates. :)

I told myself I will call every Monday and Friday until I get a number

We all are going to get them soon, I can feel it! :) Happy holidays to all

Thank you for all the help with the package! I overnighted the AOS and IV package today to get there 10:30AM tomorrow. Hope I did everything right! The AOS fee is pending in my bank account now so that's comforting since it still says "not paid" instead of "in process" online (the NVC operator said they're having web issues). My DS-261 was validated yesterday so hope to have the IV fee available soon!

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Today was day 16 since we arrived at NVC on 12/2. The rep said the # was created yesterday so it took 15 days.

I am so happy cuz I immediately logged in to DS-261 and was able to submit and my wife I woke up to tell her to go look at the AOS fee and it was there and we paid.

Will be sending off AOS and IV package on monday.

Very exited that we should be done and just waiting by months end.
