Omg! I've been trying all day to try get through to the NVC to try speak with them but every time I'm getting: large number of calls, please try again later. I really hope something fantastic happens this week, it's been 21 days so far since the NVC received our papers.

July 20th 2015 - filled I-130 routed to California Service Center

July 28th 2015 - received NOA1 (hard copy)

Sep 22nd 2015 - received email of RFE

Nov 05th 2015 - received NOA2 approval

Nov 16th 2015 - received at NVC

Dec 08th 2015 - received case # and IIN #

Dec 09th 2015 - paid AOS bill

Jan 04th 2016 - sent AOS & IV documents

Jan 06th 2016 - paid IV bill

Jan 08th 2016 - completed DS-260

Jan 06th 2016 - received scan date

Feb 17th 2016 - received 2nd scan date

Mar 18th 2016 - case complete

Mar 28th 2016 - Interview Date Scheduled "May 10th"

April 5th 2016 - Medical examination

May 10th 2016 - interview at consulate

Hi Shala6.! My I-130 was approved on November 9 but myUSCIS still does not show that my case was approved. Did they update your USCIS? Thanks for your time and good luck!

That happened to me last week, I literally had to hang up and redial over and over, took about 5 times until it by-passed that recording. Just keep calling, I also called really late at night. Good luck! :)

Whoohoo ?. Eventually got through to the NVC and our case # and IIN # had just be received. Only took 21 days for them to get it, they also said we should be receiving our welcome letter within the next three days or so. Good luck guys, hang in there...

    6/7/2016 Didn’t get case number so case went to supervisor look *****(new time frame is 2 weeks to get your case and invoice number form NVC.)

    6/14/2016 AOS BILL INVOICED

    6/14/2016 AOS BILL PAID

    6/16/2016 IV BILL Assigned

how long did everyone wait from the NOA2 to the NVC stage

So far its taking about 2-3 weeks for the package to arrive from noa2 to nvc received. That does not include a case number yet.
