I can't beleive it I called the NVC a few minutes and was told the K3 petition

had been floated to Montreal this morning... :)

Now counting down the days till the big interview :dance:

That is great! Congrats on getting to Montreal and hopefully you have a faster interview then I do.

My case was sent to Montreal in December. I received packet 3 Jan. 9 and returned in Jan. 20. I still do not have an interview date. I actually called them a couple days ago and they said they are now scheduling interviews for mid april and I should expect to have one at the end of april or early may.

Jan. 9th 2006 Received packet 3 (Day 89)

Jan. 19th 2006 Sent back packet 3 (Day 99)

I hate to hear that I called Montreal today and they said it is taking between 4-6 months to get

an interview..So I ask the guy if I could transfer my husbands case to Vancouver and he said

as soon as my husband sends back packet 3 to them then yes they could do the transfer..Vancouver

is giving interview dates 2-5 days after recieving packet 3...So to me it is worth the $1000.00

for us to fly there and back to Toronto for a faster interview...Good Luck to you..
