hi

did you say your father already got his GC, meaning your family is in the US? If I am understanding correctly

then there is no CSPA if he already had his interview and the family got their GC, you aged out

one of your parents has to file a new petition for you, they should have filed a new i130 as soon as they got to the US, you've wasted 2 years

yes, but my grandparents is the petitioner. he got his green card last 2013 (my father) my mother is still here in the Philippines, going to join him soon by following to join process.. only my father is in the USA, we wait for the approval almost 20 years.

so i'm a grandson i will not be credit to the CSPA thing?

CSPA can not help you.

You probably aged out under CSPA.

Even if you aged out, CSPA does not apply if you did not pursue an immigration visa within one year of when your father's PD first became current. It's been over 2 years.

Your LPR parent can file for you. It will take 10+ years. CSPA will not help you with a new petition.

Sorry

hi

in the first place, follow to join has to be done within a year, I'm not sure your mother can come, why didn't she immigrate with him?

your father might have to petition her separately, she might have waited too long

if you would have qualified for cspa, you would have gotten your visa at the same time as your father, so you aged out, there is no cspa for you,

the officer at the time of the interview would have approved your visa to immigrate in 2013

credits don't exist, once you've aged out, you need your parent to file for a new petition
