Since I will undergo sputum test, two months waiting for the result.

1.Is it wise for me to just renew my passport while waiting, it expire July 2016.

1.Are they going to give me back my current passport?

Since there are important being stamped there. Like the SLec stamp.

Anyone can enlighten me? Thank you so much :)

It will be getting really close to the 6 month mark once done with SPUTUM. I would tend to go with it being a good idea to renew it now while you have time. I would still pay to get it EXPRESSED.

Yes you are given back the old passport with the new one. My wife has both of hers.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
