Hello everyone!

We filed AOS last April 2015 (been 7 months) and we had so many problems we got Rfe's 3 times. In the Rfe letter it's been said that they unable to complete the processing of my Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. Until today I received the approval notice for my I-765(Application for Employment Authorization) in the mail and I am still waiting for the approval notice of my I-131.

I just wanna ask this, from the time I received my approval notice, when I can get or receive my combo card?

And also if I got an approval notice does that mean they will start processing my papers for my green card?

Hope somebody can enlighten me.

Thank you..

And also if I got an approval notice does that mean they will start processing my papers for my green card? AOS RFE's halt processing for all concurrently submitted processes. So now, your AOS application will likely be put back into the processing queue.

Hope somebody can enlighten me.

Thank you..
