Thank you all.! Everything was very fast I guess because of the date. First the took my documents, birth certificate,a copy of it and the translation,Affidavit of Support, DS and letter of appointments (they didn't ask for the police background, but take it anyway just in case) then in another line I went to the interview,

Questions

Is your fiance outside waiting for you?

When was the las time you saw him?

How did you meet your fiance?

When and where are you getting married?

Do you have tattoos?

Have you ever have problems with police?

And she asked me about my past stays in the US and looked at my visas and that was it she said your visa is approved :)

She didn't ask.me for anything at all

I took like 100 pictures, conversations passports stamps etc (take everything anyway in case)

My suggestion

Get there as early as you can

Don't take your phone with you you are not allow to get it in outside you can re a locker.

Food luck to everyone my best wishes

I was looking at the k1 fiance packet that ciudad juarez refers you to

http://ciudadjuarez.usconsulate.gov/fianceforms.html

I do see that it mentions a police certificate, but the link to get more info on it says page not found:

http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3195.html#police

How do we go about getting this police certificate?

Search for Carta or Certificado de No Antecedentes Penales. Some have managed to get them from the police station, some from the ministry of safety and some from city hall. Check under 'Police, Court, Prison Records' here > http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/fees/reciprocity-by-country/MX.html#policerecords-3

We live in Monterrey and my fiance got his at Pabellon Ciudadano. He also said you can usually get them wherever you can get copies of your birth certificate, too.

Good luck!
