Hi Everyone: I am done with my 6 months medication and the last of my sputum test was negative which means that Feb 13 was the start of the validity of my medicals.. which means we have to leave before the 3 months expires. We have to take the same medical examination test as before except for some test that I was exempted such as CXR and Sputum Test, while the rest I have to undergo once again. However, St Lukes told me that before I will be immunized I have to wait for their document report that they have to complete, and it will be within 5 working days which means either Nov 30 or Dec1. And this would only be the time for us to call for an interview appointment, my question are:

  1. Who will make an appointment: St. Lukes or us the applicant (or Immigration Lawyer)
  2. Given the time of our medicals expiration on Feb 13, 2016: Is it is easy to schedule for an appointment on a December? and God willing if approved, how long we will be getting our visa?

We applied as a family, we have 3 children wherein 2 has to undergo skin test scheduled for next week it was somewhat delayed due to the APEC Convention held here in the Manila,Philippines this week so, 3 days no work for this City.

"It is so near and yet so far"....I guess I am a bit worried although still hopeful. I would really appreciate all your suggestions and advice on those who has the same experiences as mine. Thank you all.

You are jumping into a very old TOPIC (2013), you would do better to start a new topic.

SLEC used to re-schedule the appointments, most of the time lately it is up to you to do this.

You are an immigrant visa so I suggest you call the embassy to schedule the interviews for everyone.
