I have a receipt date of Sept. 29, and still have not received biometrics. I called the USCIS last Friday and the rep initiated a service request for us but did not offer any reason as to why we havent gotten anything yet. It seems from reading the forum that most receive their biometrics within a few weeks to a month. Has anyone else experienced a delay in receiving a letter?
