Contact your nearest deferred inspection site.

If you still cannot find your I-94, please contact your nearest Customs and Border Protection Deferred Inspection Site and a CBP Officer will be able to assist you.

Same thing happened to me but lucky for me my mom had a second copy..she had to send it to me throu fedex...it took me almost 2 months...wen I came here and went to ss they told me I had to wait 3 weeks to see if them send it to beca I already apply for it at nvc...but I didn't get so I had to go back and reapply and wait again smh..but I got it..now working and everyth is up and running
