K3 possible? (split topic)

hi this Mohamed and my wife lives with me currently in morocco and our new born son. we filed an I-130 4 months ago, we received a notification they got it, but since then nothing back to us, please can you tell me if i can do a K-3 visa and what i need thanks in advance

My husband applied for a k3 however, once it was approved at UsCIS and made it to NVC they changed it to a CR1. We also had a small baby and I was living with my husband at the time overseas. I complained to all offices and my congressman about the existence of a k3 visa established to keep families together yet never honored anymore. I had no luck and no good answers. I returned to the United States to set up life here with my son as we await the CR1 process to finish in Peru. Good luck to you, but there really isn't any other way around it.
