Not sure how true this is, but if it is true, it's nice to see another country stepping up beside the US.

LONDON: Russian President Vladimir Putin is reportedly sending 1,50,000 soldiers to Syria to wipe out the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).

According to The Daily Star, he is apparently mounting an enormous military mission to take control of the terror group's stronghold of Raqqa.

Raqqa is the self-declared capital of ISIS which is patrolled by as many as 5,000 jihadi members.

Putin is set to mobilise 150,000 reservists whom he conscripted into the military earlier this week.

Probably because the Russia jet was taken down by a homemade bomb planted on board.

Looks like Isis is committing suicide by going after all of these different countries. They can't possibly take on everyone and survive.

The only thing ISIS is accomplishing is to unite an otherwise improbable coalition.

Putin is indeed a brave man for sending his troops into Syria to fight while Obama already said troops on ground is a mistake.
