HI,

Could someone please confirm. My fiance was my sponsor and for the K1 we were fine. She earns over the amount needed and we submitted employment letter, IRS tax return, and Pay stubs.

For AOS affidavit, can we just use updated versions of the same things? Do I need a W2?

Thanks

It's a new ballgame with a different form and different standards. Obtain an IRS transcript and you do not need to submit the tax return and all associated forms.

You need to submit the most recent tax return transcript, which is 2014. If this is the one you submitted before, then you can use it again.

Yes, a copy of the transcript is fine. I have a whole collection of transcripts used throughout the process. Just kept getting new ones for each year and submitting copies of the others.
