Don't have an address in the USA

I am the US citizen but have been working and living aboard for the past 3 years in a country where my family and fiancé are staying (we met 8 years ago in the states though and have been living together ever since). Therefore, I do not have an address in the states besides my sister’s in the US. However, since my current address is out of country should I put it as my mailing address? I can put my sister’s California address, but since my biography form shows that I am working in a foreign would that raise some unanswered questions and affect the whole process? What should I put for the I-129F question about where my fiancée intends to live? Thank you very much in advance!

AOS Timeline [Husband is the USC, got married to foreign wife on May 31, 2016 (who was on F1) we both share this account]

July 02, 2016: NOAs Received in mail (they have misspell my wife's name on 2 of the 4 letters they sent us)

July 04, 2016: Electronic NOA1s Received + USCIS online case status shown as "case received"

July 18, 2016: Received biometrics appointment letter in mail (scheduled July 28)

July 28, 2016: Biometrics appointment taken as scheduled, also have my name corrected at the center

Sep 09, 2016: Submitted Service Request since it has passed the 75 day time mark

Sep 12, 2016: Received Service Request Response: case is within our current processing time

Sep 12, 2016: AOS status changed to "interview ready to be scheduled" . EAD & AP case status remain unchanged.

Sep 20, 2016: EAD status changed to ready to deliver, AP case status remain unchanged.

Oct 04, 2016: AP case status remain unchanged but EAD and AP combo card was received in mailbox.

The K-1 visa allows your fiance to enter ONE time and you must marry within 90 days. Do you plan to go back to United States to marry her and do you plan to go back to her country very soon after you marry?

What is your end game where do the 2 of you ultimately want to live?

Having done the K1 myself, I would suggest marrying and then going for the spouse visa if you are both living in the same place now. Less paperwork and expenses after the move to the US, and the spouse is work authorized upon entry instead of waiting several months for the EAD and subsequent green card.

Have you been filing US income tax returns while living (and presumably working) outside the US? If not, you may need to get that squared away.

Hey there thank you for your reply. We are planning to move back to California and get married in the states. So i guess the fiance visa would make more sense right? We can also get married in her country and move back to the states using CR1 but since we both have quitted our job I guess it would take less time to get the K1 visa rather than the CR1 visa. Any thoughts?

Hi there! How long did it take for you to complete the K1 process? We want to move back to the states asap, doesnt matter if we get married in the states or not. We just heard it takes less time to complete the K1 process that why we were thinking about K1, but now i read that it actually take less time and money to complete CR1... I've been paying my US tax while living outside the US and i just quitted my job (stupid move i know ...) and asked her to quit hers, that's why we are kind of in an hurry ...
