A little confused by this question because you posted last month that you already married.

http://www.uscis.gov/i-693 >

If you are applying for adjustment of status, you may submit Form I-693 in one of the following ways:

  • Submit Form I-693 by mail, together with your Form I-485, Application to Register for Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, to the location specified for your Form I-485 (see “Direct Filing Addresses for Form I-485”).
  • Submit Form I-693 by mail, after filing your Form I-485, to the location specified in your most recent communication with USCIS (for example, a Request for Evidence letter from USCIS).
  • Submit Form I-693 in person, at an interview in a USCIS field office (if an interview is required).

And to let you know, the appropriate forum for your situation, adjustment of status from a tourist visa, is HERE> http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/130-adjustment-of-status-from-work-student-tourist-visas/

You can read through the posts there for helpful info on your situation and post in that forum when you have a question.

~ Moved from K-1 Process to AOS from Work, Student & Tourist Visas - topic is AOS from tourist visa, not K-1 process ~

I have another question. My friends husband had a felony case last year and got jailed for 4months. Does filing I 130 to petition my friend will have an effect on the case? Thanks

The only type of crimes that could get the I-130 petition denied would be those of a sexual nature against children. Look up the Adam Walsh Act.

If the crime by the USC petitioner does not fall under the AWA, then it is a non-issue. Criminal history is not asked about for the USC filing the I-130.

If you get an RFE, then your EAD approval will most likely be put on hold. > http://www.uscis.gov/forms/tip-sheet-employment-authorization-applications-pending-more-75-days

You say his 2014 tax return doesn't meet the income requirement, but what is his current income? Is he self-employed?
