How many time to take whole processing complete f2a catagory?

My pd is March 21 2015.....my current age ia 19 year 1 month.

Based on the December VB, you'll have to wait about 1.5 years for your PD to become current.

Under CSPA you would be able to deduct the time USCIS took to process the I-130 from your biological age at the time your priority date becomes current. If your "CSPA age" is under 21 on that day then you will remain eligible under F2A provided you seek to acquire your visa within one year.

If your CSPA age is over 21 at the time your priority date becomes current then you will age-out into F2B. So basically, the longer USCIS took to process your I-130 the better, since this gives you more of a buffer when it comes to CSPA.
