She will leave in two weeks. Will follow up here when she decides what doctor will be her primary.

Anyway, her vaccinations are covered by our health insurance.

Sounds like you got a temp waiver for the unavailable shots, but will most likely have to follow up and receive them sometime later after arriving at designated country.

I would check into being able to get the missing shots later at no cost, since they were paid for initially.

If you can't revisit SLEC to get the missing shots, there is no reimbursement. It's a package deal. All at SLEC or nothing paid from your fee for shots elsewhere.

No worries. If SLEC runs out of a vaccine, it won't delay your visa journey, and she can get the vaccination in the U.S.

Don't follow you. Just stating the only time the flu shot is added to the schedule, if you went for the medical during those months...
