Anybody received their ead card yet?

Nope Still waiting .. Hopefully soon. No updates after bio done on Dec 21st. Case status has no update since the first notice of receipt

**AOS** from H1B Visa

11/17/2015 - AOS Package[ I-130/I-485/I-765/I-131] sent by USPS express to USICS Chicago PO Box[ Finally!! ]

11/18/2015 Delivered and Signed by R Mercado.

11/24/2015​ - Received 4 texts/mails stating "Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing" with different MSC receipt numbers

11/25/2015 - Checks $420/$1070 cashed

12/21/2015 - Biometrics taken - early walk-in at 10:45 for 11 done by 11:10 AM.

01/22/2015 - I-485 status updated with " Interview has been scheduled "

​02/18/2015 - Received EAD card and few days before approval notice [ I-797 ] for I-765

​02/25/2015 12:45 PM ET - Petition approved. :dancing:

11/25/2015 + -> Reminder to work on removing condition.

Still waiting too. USCIS case status update still at 'received' when they first got it. Had the biometrics appointment, and nothing changed on the status, so assuming that's normal.

Also, despite the EAD not being linked to the green card (despite being applied for based on the concurrent green card application), does anyone know whether the fact I got an RFE for the I-485 (I've sent the required response) delay the EAD too?

i filed 11/26 and it says 'scheduled for an interview'

but nothing changed on EAD:( i have a job and i want to start before feb.. so lets hope i get good news soon

Congrats. It's been 6weeks since I did my bio so expecting EAD soon. Interview is 3weeks away. Hopefully I get it before the interview

In my experience with my pre-completion and post-completion OPT EADs, it usually takes anywhere from 60 to 90 days, so I'm not expecting mine until early February (my case was accepted on November 27)

I have notice the process is currently going quickly and many people are receiving them within 60 days and someone said if you don't get it within 75 days to call USCIS.

Good luck on the interview!!!! That is the good thing coming from an F1, you have american experience:) You should be good.

I heard they are coming very quickly, within 60 days. Also, someone said if you don't get it within 75 days to call USCIS!!!

I think it also depends on where you are and where your application is being processed. Calling USCIS after 75 days didn't do anything for me when I was waiting for my EAD back in May (that was for my OPT as an F1 student.) They told me that they're going to figure out what's going on, gave me a reference number, and asked me to call back in 30 days if nothing changes. I've got my EAD 20 days later, and that was past the promised 90 days. Though I know that some people magically get their EADs after calling on 75th day, I don't believe that it really does anything.

My priority date is November 15th, 2015. I have had no updates on my I-485 nor I-130. Since I really needed my EAD I called CS to have it expedited on January 7th, 2016. The case was approved on January 15th and it says that they are producing my card. As of today, status is updated online, but I have not received the approval letter. Any idea how long will I have to wait for both the letter and the actual card? Also, is it weird that my case has not change for "ready to schedule interview"? Anyone else on the same boat?

Sorry, that was wrong, my priority date is actually November 5th. I mailed everything on November 3rd. You could call, maybe you are lucky as I was. I did, however, had a job offer from a high school to start teaching. They asked me for a letter to prove I had this offer and they explained that the semester started on a certain day and they needed me to start working at that time. Maybe that helped me.
