On Saturdaym the one day we didnt check the mail was when we received our biometrics letter! So excited! Our Appointment is on 12/21/15 :)

12/23/2015 case status I-485 has changed on the USCIS website by receipt number (ready to be scheduled for an interview )

01/20/2015 I put service request for I-765

01/23/2015 The service request has been assigned to an officer for response and completed.

02/10/2015 EAD/AP was approved.

02/12/2015 USCIS EAD/AP CARD mailed me.(2/16updated on website )

I've just taken finger prints and photo.

It was almost empty inside of building and the process was faster than I though.

Now I'm hoping not to get RFE.

Maybe it will take a month to get combo card.

Just waiting .

Went in at 10:25 for 11 appointment. Seems the early walk-in can be only at 10:45 AM so went back and out by 11:10. Biometrics done. As others hope for no RFE :dance::dance::dance:

11/18/2015 Delivered and Signed by R Mercado.

11/24/2015​ - Received 4 texts/mails stating "Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing" with different MSC receipt numbers

11/25/2015 - Checks $420/$1070 cashed

12/21/2015 - Biometrics taken - early walk-in at 10:45 for 11 done by 11:10 AM.

01/22/2015 - I-485 status updated with " Interview has been scheduled "

​02/18/2015 - Received EAD card and few days before approval notice [ I-797 ] for I-765

Got done with my biometrics today, which proved to be quite an adventure. First, my phone couldn't start the google maps app, so I had a hard time finding the USICS office. Then, they asked me to leave my Fitbit, Fitbit charger, nail clippers and eyelash curler in my car, because apparently you can't bring any of that in. At last, when I got inside, they asked me for my marriage license to prove the change of my last name, and of course I didn't bring it, so I had to wait for the manager to figure the situation out. Anyways, an hour later, they finally took my fingerprints and my picture, so yay!

11/24/2015 - Mailed I-130, I-485, and I-765
11/26/2015 - Delivered
