11/9/2015 USCIS received AOS package

11/23/2015 received NOA 4text/emails

11/27/2015 received NOA 4letters

12/7/2015 received biometrics appointment letter(app12/15/2015)

12/15/2015 taken finger prints/photo (done bio)

12/23/2015 case status I-485 has changed on the USCIS website by receipt number (ready to be scheduled for an interview )

01/20/2015 I put service request for I-765

01/23/2015 The service request has been assigned to an officer for response and completed.

02/10/2015 EAD/AP was approved.

02/12/2015 USCIS EAD/AP CARD mailed me.(2/16updated on website )

And I got text/emails 11/23 then I got 4 NOA letters 11/25.

So tomorrow is going to be a week from I got NOA letters.

I'm adjusting from F-1. We mailed our package (I-130, I-485, and I-765) on November 24; it was accepted on November 27. Got our emails and text messages last night, now waiting for the NOAs in the mail.

11/24/2015 - Mailed I-130, I-485, and I-765
11/26/2015 - Delivered

11/27/2015 - AOS Package accepted and routed to National Benefits Center
12/03/2015 - eNotices received

12/04/2015 - checks cashed

12/07/2015 - got NOAs in the mail

12/18/2015 - got biometrics appointment in the mail

12/29/2015 - biometrics done

02/09/2016 - EAD approved

02/17/2016 - got EAD in the mail

05/31/2016 - got a text and an email notification that the interview was scheduled for June 30.

06/30/2016 - interview; green card approved; case status moved to "new card is being produced"

07/07/2016 - got the green card in the mail

 

03/31/2018 - mailed I-751 to California Service Center

04/02/2018 - package delivered

04/09/2018 - check cashed and got NOA in the mail

05/11/2018 - got a letter saying that USCIS is going to use my old biometrics

Sorry to hear that. So you got an RFE a day after your bio AP?

Yes, frustratingly. I have a feeling I know what it will be about (wife had thrown away pay stubs so we only had one to send so I reckon they will want more proof of income which is fine as we have a few more pay stubs now) but I hope it's not going to say they need me to go get another medical (some have had their medical and vaccination results lost!)

I just know that they sent it on the 3rd so it hasn't arrived yet!

The day is 12/15 2:00pm.

11/5 filled

11/9 USCIS relieved our forms

11/23 got 4 text/mails

11/27 got 4 NOAs

12/7 got a biometrics app letter

My case is slow but seemed to be well process.

I really hope everybody could get the goal.greencard.
