Hi,

Im really confused so could someone please clear this up for me?

I had my medical in London for the K1. I am now applying for AOS.

Do I need to see a civil surgeon?

My vaccinations were all done and I think all I am all good. I cant recall if the nurse said I was all good. From the look of my "Vaccination documentation worksheet" there is no indication I need any more. How can I confirm?

Im getting conflicting opinions on whether I need to see a civil surgeon or not.

Thanks

Thanks. I think im good, the only confusing one is TD. I have one date on there and its marked as B. Does that mean I need another one from civil surgeon? The rest are A except for Influenza and Varicaella history.

MMR is age appropriate and should not be marked A. What are your MMR shots and dates?

Td marked with B means there is a reason for waiver given -Insufficient time interval to complete series. That says you were as up to date as possible at the medical exam. That Td should be sufficient.

Sorry MMR was not ticked anything. I have 2 dates, as I had booster before medical.

So I guess im all good and no need to go to civil. That makes things easier!

My medical was sep 11th which means im ok for flu season too.
