You need a B-1 business visa.

Are you and your partners aware that you have created a foreign corporation by having you as a foreign owner and foreign officer? May want to get your accountant on this if you haven't addressed it.

Aaron2020. I didn't exactly understand why I should contact my accountant since it's a startup and I'm still making the final prototype but on the basis of previous prototype they have won competitions and have been inducted into start up programs in incubators.

Now these incubators ,people working with us and the INVESTORS want to meet me. This is exactly what I'm going to tell the Consular.

But in India I need to manage work for 3 other startups.

one needs at least $500,000 of their own to get an EB5 visa...and a solid business plan that demonstrates how a certain number of American jobs will be created...not an easy task.

Sounds already like they want you in the states to begin working on something....what is it?

I'm not talking about this solution now at all because I'm not even eligible for an investor and job creator visa because INDIA isn't a partner with US in this domain.

I actually want to know now that what documents I should take together with me, right now I have the letter of invitation attested by a notary in US (of course I will take bank statements and proof of affiliation with my startups in India and consultancy services provided by me)

Proof of strong ties to india and your domicile.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Evidence of your strong ties to India.

EB5's can be applied for from any country....and notarized invitation letters do not prove that an individual won't be working in the US in B1 status.....notarization only refers to the person signing a piece of paper to be that person....nothing else about the notarization process magically 'blesses' a document making it legally enforceable or credible.

Strongly suggest you avoid the regional 500k option, too many scams, go for the full EB5.

It is an investment visa, you end up with a GC, create 10 jobs etc. I could google it but so can you.
