You can bring your new girl over on a FIancee visa. There is no 2 year wait period and it should not take 2 years for her to get to US more like 9 months or less.

What country is your old and new girl from? If you marry her in her home Country then you must do the I-130 Spousal visa so that would add several more months to your wait time.

Good luck to you.

It might be healthy for both of you to wait two years. Get to know each other, visit multiple times, make sure you're not making another mistake, etc.

Request a waiver. It is just a signed and dated letter that states you request a waiver and that you have not committed any crimes. You don't need to wait for 2 more years that is what the waiver is for.
