Agents arrested 363 illegal immigrants in New Jersey during the first

two months of the year, officials said Monday.

Of those arrested, 48 had criminal records, according to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Fugitives will remain in custody until they are deported, while the agency will seek to deport the others.

The immigrants are from 26 different countries, including Mexico, Ecuador, Malaysia, Guatemala, El Salvador, Egypt, Brazil, India, Slovenia, Costa Rica, Indonesia, Albania and Honduras.

The arrests were the latest in a national effort called Operation Return to Sender.

It's a start.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

In Kansas City, we regularly use taxi's when we go out at night.

All of the taxi drivers are from elsewhere, with limited english skills. With that in mind, I wonder how many are legally here?

In a country with over 300 million residents and porous borders, it must be really difficult to control the influx of illegals.

Wow that's my home state - no surprise though. For those with criminal records I say good! I'm mixed though for those that have children here and are really contributing positive to their community (working lower paying jobs, keeping out of trouble and taking care of their children/families).

That is irrelevant, the fact is these CRIMINAL ILLEGAL ALIENS are illegally in the usa working illegally, stealing from usa citzens & legal residents.

All ILLEGAL FEDERAL CRIMINAL ALIENS SHOULD BE ROUNDED UP, DEPORTED. They have no right breaking our federal laws set in place to protect our nation from the scum they bring and the compromise they bring to our country.

Every Single Illegal Alien is A criminal. Their first Act on USA soil was that of defiance when they knowingly Broke Federal Immigration Laws, putting our country at risk. 1 out of 7.5 is an innacurate number.

100% of them are Federal Criminals.
