appearance of DOB on swoosh section on green card

Hi,

I have been going through lot of confusion the last few days because of this. When you see the swoosh section of the card ( upper left corner) you would notice your last name followed by first name and date of birth. In my case the year of birth is not visible at all and if I look very deeply, one of the numbers is not printed correctly. However the information on the other sections of the card are correct especially in the middle of the card, side and rear side on the magnetic strip. Please help me to understand if this is going to be an issue. Should I apply for a replacement card? If I were to apply for a replacement I do not know under what section it has to be applied as there is no error at all? What should I do in the interim. How will I travel if needed and will there be any issue if I choose to change jobs?

You should be fine if the info on the clear side of the card is correct than the other is correct as well. you won't have no problem traveling and you shouldn't file for a replacement since there is no mistake. Your brain could be playing tricks on you and you overthinking makes you believe that information is wrong. But it's not. Good luck

Thanks my dear friend. I was planning to take an info pass but now I won't. I was also thinking how I can choose a category in I90 when ther is no provision in that for issues with printing clarity on cards. Again appreciate your response.
