If it is your married name you used in the submission of your form (I-130) then it should be the same name you have on your passport.

We submiited our I-130 last August 25 and we are now in NVC stage. I was just wondering if its okay to send a copy of my maiden name passport for Immigrant visa packet while waiting for the (changed to my husband's surname) passport?
