I'm trying to get my mother to be with me in US, I am a USC.

I know the the following forms need to be filed.

- I 130

- I 485
- I 693
- I 864
- I 765
- I 131
- G 325 A
The question is, Can I file all the forms and send them all at once with the total fees needed?
Thank you everyone for your help and time,

You will need to file I-130 and include I-864 and supporting documents with. Forms I-485, I-693, and I-131 are not needed.

She is not here now. but hopefully in a month or so.

And won't they ask for I-485, I-693, and I-131 later on ?

I do remember when I was filing my papers, I filed a document then I would be mailed back asking for another form, and i would fill it and send it and then they would ask for another form and so on. Can I avoid all of that and send all forms with supporting documents all at once and that way we would shrink down the waiting times in between filing each form separately?

Then you need to file the I-130, following the instructions, and wait for the USCIS to make their decision. Then the petition, if approved, goes to the NVC where you need to submit a d affidavit of support, and your mother must submit a DS-261, DS-260, and IV package. With a case complete, the NVC will set an interview date that your mother will need to attend after having a medical. If approved at the interview, the embassy or consulate will return your mother's passport with her visa and she can move to the USA.

As an IR5 there are no priority dates to worry about so that is a good thing.

It should take about a year to 18 months.

I did talk with someone and he mentioned that he does file all of the forms that I've listed above at once and the process goes much faster than sending on form at a time (he helped alot of people doing the same thing, it wasn't just one time incident ). I never done that, the way I know is file and wait for an answer then send next form and so on. Thats why I was asking if that really would work?

The forms you mention are for adjusting status which your mother is ineligible for because she is not in the country. As you know she cannot visit with the intent to adjust and stay. You need to do consular filing for her.

You had to adjust status with a K3 but your mother will have an IR5 visa and a green card upon entry with zero need to adjust status.
