All caught up on reading. Looking for it. Do not see it. That is like calling the war in Yemen an attack on all Muslims. It is not. A war in Syria and Iraq is not an attack on all Muslims either. Many Muslims have died there and those who are guilty of this should be severely addressed. You do not understand such people. They cannot be allowed to live.

Why does Paris keeps appearing as the primary target recently, and not say Vienna or perhaps London, even Brussels?

I suspect for a few reasons.

An easy security target, with proven methods of smuggling in weapons.

A plethora of 'soft target' sites of special importance.

The idea that France.. and Paris in particular, is a type of neo-Sodom-Gomorrah to the cultists - home to all things of pleasure and excess and beauty and everything they hate.

One of the largest community of Muslims in Europe that has pockets of young 'lost' individuals that are ready and willing.

Anti-Semitism and general xenophobia is on the rise in France and in Europe. Cultists will exploit anything for personal gain.

France's integration problem (of which you can find many articles over the years on this subject).

You people do realise that the vast majority of people being killed by terrorists are Muslim themselves. Therefore you can not take an entire group of people and associate them as terrorists by the small action of a few. I don't look at the KKK and think my goodness those Christians! Or the Buddhists in Myanmar killing Muslims and fear every Buddhist monk I see, or radical Israeli settlers who burned an 18 month old alive and run through the streets fearing Jews, when Timothy mcviegh a member of an anti government militia blew up men women and children, I didn't run away from every white blond hair blued man I saw on the street! There were Christians in this country blowing up abortion clinics and killing doctors who performed abortions. The day before Paris, 45 people were blown up by a terrorist group in another city called the Paris of the Middle East, Beirut Lebanon. Children blown to pieces! Muslim, Christian, by the same terrorist group. Do you know what they all have in common? They were attacked by the same group. One group of people, in the west, one group of people in the east! Same group killed them both. isnt our problem that we put a greater emphasis on the lives of those we consider like us? And those that are deemed others we couldn't shed a tear? This isn't about religion. It's about political hijacking of religion in order to create division. Spewing hate and decrying an entire group of people because of the radical element that exists, perpetuates the problem and does exactly what terrorist want, division, hate, distrust. It's easier for them to recruit a 15 year old when his neighbors fear him and hate him simply because of his religion. Marginalising people is not a solution. It hasn't worked the last 14 years, clearly... It's only yielded a generation that is easily manipulated by psychopaths trying to push forward their political, insane viewpoint. I cry for Paris, Beirut, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Kenya, Mumbai, Spain, London, NYC, the list goes on and on. Liberals, democrats, republicans, conservative, libertarian, (Ron Paul had a great blog about the Paris attacks today on his website), independent, tea party, no party! You know what we are? Americans. We have seen people use religion as an excuse to commit atrocities for thousands of years. Christians looted cities - Jerusalem included - allegedly in the name of god. Jesuits subjugated native populations and enslaved them in the name of god, and they were no better than these terrorists. That these crazy nutjobs do so under the excuse they are following the Bible, Torah or Q'ran doesn't make it so, and very few understand that. Alas, I'd say that they know well , but to the hygrophile and the adepts of their self-indulging practices, it's easier to pretend that the god of Abraham would send any its children to kill someone in its name.

What these terrorists do in the name of god, no more justify their actions, than inscribing Pslams on bombs, and dropping them on entire populations make them any less obscene; however, the jergens must sell, and if we were to take a good look at history, we would realize no one is free of guilt, and no one is 100% innocent, which doesn't mean one should be judged, convicted and executed summarily.

To call them Muslim, is to give them the recognition they want, and to concede them a moral victory. If we in the West don't have the common sense to realize this has nothing to do with religion, and to say so to the world, how can we expect to convince those who are prone to be radicalized that they are not in the righteous and religious path? It all starts with an idea. We have the intellectual wherewithal - or at least most of us do - to call barbarism for what it is, and to see it for the obscene lie that it is when it presents itself under the cloak of any religion.
